Off-Site Ghost of Elvis Ticket Sales

Our platform lets your venue sell tickets directly to customers with a system similar to other major ticket providers. Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you get started:

1. Create Your Account

  • Sign up: Create an account on our website, then send your registered email to your Munro Entertainment representative.
  • Access Permissions: Once we receive your email, we’ll upgrade your account to “Reseller” status.

2. Log In and Get Ready to Sell

  • Login: After logging in, the “Offsite Payment” checkout option will be enabled in your account for cash payments.

3. Selling Tickets to Customers

  • Find the Event: Go to the Ghost of Elvis event page.
    Tip: All events can be found here. We recommend bookmarking the specific event page you’re selling tickets for to make things even easier!
  • Select Tickets: Adjust the quantity of tickets needed and click “Get Tickets.”
  • Review Cart: Click “Save and View Cart” to verify the ticket quantity and cart total.
  • Customer Information: Enter the customer’s details (name, email, and address for invoicing).
    Tip: We’ve created a free Chrome extension called Clear Input Fields to simplify data entry. This tool clears pre-filled information with a single click. If you experience any issues using it, please let your Munro Entertainment representative know.

  • Choose Payment Method:
    • Card Payments: Enter card payment details directly on the checkout page, just like a regular online purchase. We’ll handle processing for you.
    • Cash Payments: Select the “Offsite Payment” option to process cash payments on-site.

4. Ticket Confirmation and Printing

  • Once the order is submitted, a PDF Ticket button will appear for each purchased ticket on the order confirmation page.
  • Print Options: Click on the PDF Ticket button and print the ticket on regular A4 paper.
    Tip: Color printing is recommended, but black and white works just the same!
